In this video, we cover Webinars / Training sessions which are a great way to provide free value to those who are interested and capture lead data at the same time.

Set up Webinar/Training call – I use EventBrite for myself and clients because its easy and captures lead data that you can import into your CRM. But any platform that does the same will do.

Training Topic - Provide a topic that is currently relevant and where a solution would help them solve a problem.

Invite Target Clients - Post link to sign up to Social Media Feed, invite people in your Group and send out an e-mail blast to your CRM lead list

Contact Information - Capture details when they sign up for Webinar and Import to your CRM

Keep it Short - Provide 30 minute webinar – 20 minute PPT presentation / 10 minute Q&A – we find that it keeps their interest and respects their time

Give them a freebie - Offer a free product/service at end of presentation (i.e. 5 Tips to Maximize Sales, free 30 minute call, etc.)

Record your Webinar – remember to hit the Record button when you start your webinar! - post recording to You Tube and send link to everyone who signed up (whether they attended or not)

Follow up with ALL who signed up – send out a follow up message, e-mail, etc. for feedback and see if they want to jump on a call with you to see how you can help them

Video #5 / Lightning Leads CRM

In this video, we explore and define the benefits of your own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool and how critical it is to nurturing potential clients and ultimately getting the sale. 

What is a CRM?

It is a tool used by many companies to accumulate potential customer data (i.e. emails, phone numbers, etc.) so we can track conversations with them and follow up on a consistent basis.

Importing Contact info – we are always looking for potential customer contact information and we need the tools necessary to get that info and log it into our CRM.

Leads / Contacts – in your CRM, you are able to track who you are targeting, emails sent, conversations/notes with specific clients, etc. If you can tailor your subsequent interactions with clients, this promotes the “Know-Like-Trust” factor which this increases the likelihood of a sale greatly.

Group messages/emails – this technique sends out a blanket message or email to your target audience, so it keeps you “Top of Mind” and enforces the fact that you are the “Go To” person when they need what you offer.

Follow up – Schedule an activity – CRM can allow you to schedule emails, set up follow up calls, etc. – Remember: the Fortune is in the Follow Up! 

Video #6 / Lightning Leads Funnel

In this video, we cover Funnels which are a “mini-website” that lists out exactly what you do and how you can help your target client. People have short attention spans these days and want information quickly.

Funnel Creation – I use Phonesites which is a very versatile tool that can embed videos, graphics, text, etc. quickly and effectively

Landing Page – the page that people land on will be high level overview of your product/service and ask for their name, email, phone number, etc. before they want to dig into content further (i.e. send to other pages, get on call with you, get a Free 5 Tips to XYZ, etc.)

Funnel Objective – Get Contact Information so you can import to your CRM for follow up

Get on a Call – after they enter their contact info, Funnels can redirect to your Calendly for them to schedule a call with you based on their schedule

Use Your Funnel Link EVERYWHERE – put it in your e-mail signature, post to Social Media, blast it out to your leads in your CRM, etc.
